Survey and Quote
We have been relocating our clients from every corner of the world to Africa and from Africa to every corner of the world for over 30 years.
As each move is unique our service usually begins with a survey. Our surveyor will estimate the volume of goods to be shipped and the materials needed.
He will listen carefully to any special instructions or requests you may have.
He will also make an assessment of the property checking for any access issues (narrow gates or height restrictions) and look at lift access and staircases.
This information will be taken back to the office and used to provide you with a quote or estimate for your move.
Your quote will let you know how much our services will cost and alert you to any exclusions such as duties and taxes. As this is based on the survey any changes may affect the estimated price and it is very important to advise us of any changes.
Dates are then set for our professional packing team to pack your belongings. Packing can take a number of days.
